Postage Updates UK & International
UK Postage
We are now sending out all UK parcels using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. This is faster, and better overall service meaning any future strikes (should they happen) your parcels will be prioritised.
As always, we aim to dispatch orders on the same working day and this upgrade allows us to keep our high standards of getting your orders to you quickly. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched via email or text. We will still continue to use FedEx for very large packages such as seats and sidepanels or anything over the Royal Mail maximum dimension size. We will now also refund any excess postage if we can pack your parcel into a box that will fit through your letter box, this will be charged at £3.60 and will be refunded back to you upon processing your order.
Parcels up to 2KGs - £5.00
Parcels up to 20KGs - £8.50
International Parcels
Our international parcels are still charged at the same rates as before and a quote is given to you upon purchase. With parcels over 2KGs we always shop around with FedEx, DPD, Parcel Force and DHL to get you the best value, this will mean sometimes we can offer you a small refund on your original postage paid.
Royal Mail International Service Update
Royal Mail have currently suspended all services for international tracked due to cyber issues. They are currently working on restoring these services and we expect them to be resolved in the coming days.
This does mean that any orders due to be posted will be held in our packing department until they are fully operational again.
